The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across all construction and project execution activities of the organization. The role oversees end-to-end project delivery, including planning, construction management, engineering, procurement, quality assurance, safety compliance, cost control, and resource optimization to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The COO serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, translating the company's vision into operational excellence while driving profitability, scalability, and sustainable growth across multiple construction projects and locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

—Project Execution & Delivery :

- Lead and oversee the successful execution of all construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with approved budgets.

—Operational Strategy & Leadership :

- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business objectives, drive efficiency,



and ensure sustainable organizational growth.

—Budget & Cost Management :

- Monitor project budgets, control construction costs, optimize resource utilization, and ensure project profitability through effective financial management.

—Quality, Safety & Compliance :

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practices across all project sites.

—Stakeholder & Vendor Management :

- Build and maintain solid relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

—Team Leadership & Performance Management :

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing construction, engineering, and operations teams .

Requirements

—MBA/PGDM in Operations, Project Management, or Business Administration

—Minimum 10–15 years of experience in real estate construction, infrastructure, or project operations..
