We're looking for a Chief of Staff & COO who thrives in building systems, solving complex operational challenges, and creating scalable businesses from the ground up.

This is not an Executive Assistant role.

This is not a traditional Operations Manager position.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity to work directly with the Founder & CEO and become one of the architects of an institutional-grade investment platform.

Your mission is easy

Build the operating system behind a world-class Real Estate Private Equity firm.

Your success will be measured by how effectively you build processes, implement technology, streamline operations, and free the Founder to focus on fundraising, acquisitions, and investment strategy.

What you will be responsible for:

⚙️ Build Our Operating Infrastructure

- Design and document scalable operating procedures (SOPs)
- Build internal workflows and execution systems
- Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting
- Improve operational efficiency across the firm

? Technology & Automation
- Implement CRM platforms and workflow automation
- Introduce AI tools into daily operations
- Build knowledge management and documentation systems
- Lead technology adoption across the business

?️ Create Scalable Business Systems You'll design the systems behind:
- Deal sourcing and pipeline management
- Fundraising workflows
- Due diligence processes
- Asset management workflows
- Investor reporting
- Vendor management

? Lead Strategic Projects You'll own initiatives such as:




- CRM implementation
- AI integration
- Website and digital infrastructure projects
- Software implementation
- Internal hiring systems
- Cross-functional business initiatives

? Investor Operations
- Maintain investor CRM and data integrity
- Manage investor onboarding
- Coordinate LP reporting and documentation
- Oversee data rooms and meeting coordination
- Support institutional-quality investor communication
