About the Role -We are looking for a highly capable, dynamic, and experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO who can operate as a strategic partner and execution driver for the CEO and the leadership team. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, business reviews, cross-functional initiatives, leadership alignment, decision support, and organisational execution. This role will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, helping ensure that key priorities are clearly defined, ownership is established, decisions are followed through, and critical initiatives move forward with pace and accountability.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, working across functions, challenging assumptions, analysing information, and bringing structure to ambiguity. This is a high-trust role that requires robust business acumen, exceptional ownership, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
Key Responsibilities 1. CEO Office & Strategic Priorities • Partner closely with the CEO to drive key organisational priorities, strategic initiatives, and leadership objectives.
- Support the CEO with relevant business insights, analysis, and decision support, ensuring focus remains on the highest-impact priorities.
- Act as a trusted interface between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring alignment, clarity, and effective follow-through. 2.
Strategic
Initiatives & Special Projects • Lead and drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives and special projects assigned by the CEO.
- Bring structure to complex or ambiguous initiatives by establishing clear objectives, ownership, priorities, and outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges and ensure timely resolution or escalation. 3.
Leadership
Cadence & Organisational Alignment • Establish and strengthen effective leadership meeting, reporting, and review rhythms aligned with organisational priorities.
- Drive alignment and collaboration across functions and ensure key decisions and priorities are translated into clear actions.
- Support a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution across the leadership team. 4.
Business
Performance & Decision Support • Develop and strengthen management dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and performance visibility to support effective decision-making.
- Analyse business and operational information to identify key trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring leadership attention.
- Provide the CEO and leadership team with structured insights and recommendations to enable timely, data-driven decisions.
- Cross-Functional Execution & Accountability • Work across functions to drive alignment and execution of strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Monitor progress on critical initiatives and ensure timely follow-through on key decisions, commitments, and deliverables.
- Identify execution gaps and bottlenecks and work with relevant stakeholders to drive resolution. 6.
Business
Growth & Strategic Opportunities • Support the CEO in evaluating and pursuing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and initiatives that contribute to Bhoomi Farms' growth.
- Conduct relevant business and market research and provide insights to support strategic evaluation and decision-making.
- Support the exploration of recent opportunities that align with Bhoomi Farms' long-term vision and impact. 7.
Leadership
Communication, Trust & Confidentiality • Support leadership communications, business reviews, strategic planning, and organisational forums as required.
- Build strong relationships and trust with the CEO, leadership team, and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive business and leadership information with the highest level of discretion, maturity, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.MBA from a reputed institution will be an advantage.
- 8–12+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant exposure to senior leadership, business strategy, consulting, operations, or cross-functional programme management.
- Prior experience working closely with a Founder, CEO, CXO,
or senior leadership team is highly desirable.
- Experience in a high-growth startup, scale-up, consulting, strategy, operations, or entrepreneurial environment will be an advantage.

- Establish an effective leadership meeting, reporting, and action-tracking cadence.
- Drive execution and timely closure of key strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
- Improve visibility into business performance through effective dashboards and reporting.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment, accountability, and execution across leadership teams.
- Provide timely, data-driven insights and decision support to the CEO and leadership team.
- Proactively identify key risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities requiring leadership attention.
- Build strong trust and credibility with the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders.
