Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing administrative services like liaisoning among governing authorities, medical staff and departments heads etc. Manage daily operations of a hospital and supervise staff.
2. Plan budgets and set rates for health/medical related services.
3. Develop procedures for quality assurance, patient services, medical treatments, department activities and public relations.
4. Should ensure that all operations are carried out within the scope of the companys vision and in compliance with all laws.
5. Review financial reports, manage contracts and major expenditures. administer policies, and ensure they are uniformly understood and followed.
6. Must up-to-date with current healthcare laws and regulations and as well as medical and technological advances.
7. Sharp business skills to handle long-term planning, development of operating objectives and budgets, and creation of an overall system for efficient delivery of medical services.
8. Must have knowledge of MIS related to Hospital management system(HMS)





Preferred candidate profile

1. Exposure in IT Skills is essential and knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.
2. Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
3. Candidate should be conversant to HRMS, ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
4. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate for the selection process.
5. Management reserves the right to cancel / restrict / enlarge / modify / alter the recruitment / selection process without assigning any reason thereafter.
6. The management reserves the right to add, modify or delete any eligibility standards / criteria test as the case may be, to the selection process.

Remuneration : The selected candidate will be taken on Companys Regular Grade GREO-04 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-04 is Approx. Rs. 26.11 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.
