Roles And Responsibilities:

- Lead compliance of Safety policies and procedures, performance standards and criteria for the company to achieve Zero Harm
- Drive VSAP /ESG & sustainability programs aiming at continuous improvements
- Ensure effective implementation of HSE & Sustainability practices, procedures and continuously raise the standards by adopting best practices and inculcating a culture of behavioral safety through frequent inspections
- percolation of a strong culture of safe working culture among employees and business partners
- Develop and manage HSE systems and critical risk management and controls in place to ensure achievement of objectives aligned to company’s strategic business goals
- Facilitate change processes to ensure continuous improvements to internal control systems, employee participation and management support
- Drive Business Partner HSE framework, onboard the best high-quality partners and lead safety Audits
