Role Description The Chief Flight Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading and overseeing all flight training operations at Pilot Training Academy – Top Crew Aviation. The role includes supervising flight instructors, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards, and maintaining high-quality training curricula for student pilots.

The Chief Flight

Instructor will conduct flight and ground instruction, evaluate student performance, and provide mentorship and guidance throughout their training programs. Additional responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, supporting continuous improvement of training procedures, collaborating with management on policies and audit readiness, and fostering a professional, safety-focused training culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong piloting skills, including Commercial Piloting experience and demonstrated Flight Safety awareness.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Aviation knowledge,



including regulatory frameworks and best practices in flight training.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Instrument Rating operations and procedures relevant to multi-phase pilot training.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Piloting expertise across different flight conditions and training environments.
- Valid commercial pilot license with appropriate instructor ratings and medical certification, meeting national and international regulatory standards.
- Proven experience as a Flight Instructor, with prior leadership or chief instructor responsibilities strongly preferred.
- Solid communication, coaching, and classroom management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse student groups.
- Ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and compliance tasks with attention to detail and safety-focused decision-making.
- Experience in curriculum development, training program evaluation, and implementation of safety management systems is beneficial.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) Rating issued/approved by DGCA

✅ 2–5 years of relevant flight training experience

✅ Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations, flight safety, and training standards

✅ Proven leadership and mentoring skills to supervise trainee pilots and flight instructors

✅ Excellent communication, decision-making, and team management abilities
