NJob Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, planning, compliance, reporting, fundraising, and risk management while supporting business growth and profitability. Candidates must have prior experience in real estate or property development.

NKey Responsibilities

n Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

NLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

N Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.

NManage project finance,construction finance, and real estate investment analysis.

N Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, investors, and auditors for funding and financial matters.

NMonitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance across multiple developments.

N Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.

NDevelop financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.





N Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior management.

NSupport mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment opportunities where applicable.

N Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

NRequired Qualifications

NMBA (Finance),CA ,Post Graduation is an added advantage.

N 15–20+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant leadership experience in the real estate sector.

NProven expertise in project finance, budgeting, financial planning, taxation, and statutory compliance.

N Strong understanding ofreal estate financial models, land acquisition, project costing, and funding structures.

NExperience working withERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.

N Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

NPreferred Skills

nStrategic financial planning and decision-making.

N* Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
