Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing FMCG and food manufacturing company engaged in the production and marketing of premium Rice Bran Oil, Poultry Feed, Fish Feed, DORB, and other Agro-based products. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and contribute to the company's long-term growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic CFO with 15–20 years of post-qualification experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing, Edible Oil, Agro Processing, or Consumer Goods industries.

The position is based at our Hyderabad Corporate Office and is responsible for leading the complete Finance & Accounts function across the Corporate Office and Manufacturing Plant.

The role requires regular travel between the Hyderabad Corporate Office and the Peddapuram Manufacturing Plant based on operational requirements and management decisions.

The CFO will work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to drive business growth, profitability, financial governance, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead the Finance & Accounts function across Corporate Office and Manufacturing Plant.
- Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare Annual Operating Plans, Budgets, Forecasts, and Long-Term Financial Plans.
- Drive Profitability Improvement, EBITDA Growth, and Cost Optimization.
- Monitor Working Capital, Cash Flow, Treasury, and Banking Operations.
- Lead Manufacturing Costing, Product Cost Analysis, Inventory Valuation, and Cost Control.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, SEBI (where applicable), and all statutory regulations.
- Oversee Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, and Internal Financial Controls.
- Manage Banking Relationships, Fund Raising, Working Capital Limits, and Project Finance.
- Present MIS, Financial Statements, and Business Reports to the Managing Director and Board.
- Lead ERP implementation, digital finance initiatives, and process automation.
- Evaluate CAPEX proposals, investment opportunities, and expansion projects.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and business risk management.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Finance and Accounts team.

Candidate Profile

- 15–20 years of leadership experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong exposure to FMCG, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Edible Oil, Agro Processing, or Consumer Goods industries.




- Experience handling multiple manufacturing units or plant finance will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, commercial, leadership, and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willing to travel between Hyderabad Corporate Office and Peddapuram Plant as required.
