Role & responsibilities

· Lead the overall finance and accounts function across the organization.

· Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Drive project finance, fundraising, debt restructuring, and banking relationships.

· Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation.

· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.

· Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, RERA, Ind AS, and all statutory regulations.

· Lead internal and statutory audits and strengthen internal financial controls.

· Evaluate project feasibility, investment opportunities, and financial risks.

· Support land acquisitions, joint development agreements (JDAs), and SPV structuring.

· Build and mentor high-performing finance and accounts teams.

· Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the Board and promoters.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
