Role Description The Chief Ethical Hacker is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for leading the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and hands-on defense activities. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing penetration tests on applications, networks, and infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending remediation steps.

The role involves continuous monitoring of security systems, performing malware and threat analysis, and collaborating with technology and leadership teams to design secure architectures for digital platforms used within the group’s projects.

The Chief Ethical

Hacker will develop security policies, conduct regular risk assessments,



and oversee incident response plans to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. This position also includes mentoring team members, maintaining documentation, and staying current with emerging threats, tools, and ethical hacking methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Application Security and Vulnerability Assessment, including experience with penetration testing tools and secure development practices.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Network Security, such as configuring and assessing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure network architectures.
- Candidates should possess advanced Cybersecurity and Malware Analysis skills, including threat modeling, incident response, and reverse engineering or behavioral analysis of malicious code.
- Candidates should possess a robust understanding of security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST), along with experience creating security policies and procedures.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced certifications (such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP) are highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead ethical hacking role, with the ability to communicate complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, discretion, and integrity, with a commitment to ethical practices and continuous learning in evolving security landscapes.
