ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a commercially mature execution leader who can work directly with the Founder and turn priorities, decisions and ideas into measurable business results. The CXO will act as the Founder’s key execution partner across revenue, sales, operations, production, accounts, marketing, vendors and special projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Convert Founder priorities into clear action plans, owners and deadlines.
- Lead daily and weekly execution reviews with functional heads.
- Track revenue pipeline, collections, production, dispatch, service and key projects.
- Ensure every important task has one accountable owner and a clear completion date.
- Resolve cross-functional bottlenecks and drive timely closure.
- Hold Revenue, Sales, Operations, Production, Accounts and Marketing leaders accountable.
- Coordinate critical vendors, consultants, brokers and external agencies.
- Maintain a concise Founder Dashboard covering cash, sales, risks, priorities and decisions.
- Develop operating processes, review systems, escalation rules and management discipline.
- Protect the Founder from routine operational matters and escalate only decisions requiring Founder-level authority.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and act as a trusted execution partner.

IDEAL CANDIDATE





- 10–18 years of relevant experience in business operations, sales operations, manufacturing, healthcare, medical devices, consumer products or a founder-led business.
- Robust with people, numbers, priorities and deadlines.
- A finisher who takes ownership and drives closure.
- Assertive, commercially aware and comfortable holding senior leaders accountable.
- Highly organised, process-oriented and capable of independent decision-making within defined authority.
- Discreet, emotionally stable and trustworthy.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led organisation.

- Only coordinates meetings, reminders or follow-ups.
- Depends on the Founder for every decision.
- Avoids difficult conversations or accountability.
- Reports delays without solving problems.
- Prefers presentations over execution.
- Seeks designation without measurable responsibility.
