You are responsible for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students to develop their chess skills, strategic thinking, and sportsmanship. The role involves guiding learners of different ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, through structured lessons, practice sessions, and competitive play.

Your Key Responsibility involves Teaching chess fundamentals, strategies, and advanced techniques. Develop customized lesson plans for different age groups and skill levels. Conduct group classes, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Enhance students’ analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Train students for tournaments, including preparation and performance analysis. Provide constructive feedback and track progress.

Requirement:

- Strong knowledge of chess theory, openings,



middle-game strategies, and endgames.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Patience, adaptability, and motivational skills for working with children and adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in competitive chess (FIDE rating or tournament background preferred).
- FIDE rating is a MUST. Should have good commuication skill.
- Proven track record as a player or coach.
- Passion for chess and teaching.
- Commitment to fostering discipline, respect, and sportsmanship.
