Open Positions

Pastry Chef (CDP / DCDP) – 1 Position

- Expertise in artisanal desserts, cakes, pastries, viennoiserie, and plated desserts.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and kitchen hygiene.

Pastry Commis I / II – 1 Position

- Basic knowledge of pastry production.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional pastry kitchen.

Salad Chef – 1 Position

- Experience in salads, healthy bowls, dressings, cold kitchen operations, and mise en place.
- Good understanding of food presentation and hygiene standards.

Juicer – 1 Position

- Experience in preparing fresh juices, smoothies, detox beverages, and maintaining beverage quality.
- Knowledge of fruit handling and workstation hygiene.

Senior Barista – 1 Position

- Minimum 2+ years of specialty coffee experience.
- Skilled in espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, grinder calibration,



and customer service.

Junior Barista – 1 Position

- Passion for coffee with basic barista knowledge.
- Willingness to learn specialty coffee techniques.

Kitchen Helpers – 2 Positions

- Assist chefs with preparation, cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Location: Kompally, Hyderabad

Preferred Candidates Prior experience in the respective role
