Job Overview

Core Tech Solutions is hiring Chat Support Executives to provide prompt and skilled customer support through chat. We are looking for candidates with excellent written communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-first approach. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets.
- Follow company processes and customer service guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.




- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with chat support or CRM software is an added advantage.
