- Reply to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.

- Explain our theatre rooms, decor options, cakes, food, add-ons, packages, and available time slots.

- Convince customers to confirm their bookings and collect advance payments.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into bookings.

- Reserve and update bookings on the company website.

- Share booking details with the respective branch team.

- Confirm customer requirements and ensure smooth coordination until the event date.

- Maintain proper records of enquiries, payments, and bookings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
