JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to assist customers through online chat and digital communication channels. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a qualified customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond to customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or assistance.
- Resolve customer concerns according to company guidelines and procedures.
- Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and response quality.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update relevant information.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication style.
- Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
