Shift: Rotational Shifts & Week Offs

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Chat, Email, and Phone channels.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer concerns are resolved effectively.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and operational targets.
- Maintain professionalism and follow company processes and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common business goals.
- Take ownership of customer concerns and go the extra mile to provide the right resolution.
- Adapt quickly to different communication channels and process requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong learning attitude and willingness to take on current responsibilities.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills.




- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of operational metrics and performance targets.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- SPE: 1 to 4 years of relevant Chat Support experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
