Job Summary

SRK University is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial accounting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, taxation matters, budgeting, and financial reporting of the University and its associated institutions. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and practical exposure to educational institutions, trust/society accounting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and finalization of financial statements, balance sheet, income & expenditure account, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax auditors, and government authorities.
- Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, fund flow, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor receivables, payables, bank transactions, and financial controls.
- Review accounting records maintained in ERP/Tally and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Handle notices, assessments, appeals, and correspondence with Income Tax and GST departments.
- Ensure compliance related to University, Society/Trust, UGC, NMC, AICTE, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare management reports, MIS,



and financial analysis for senior management.
- Assist in project finance, bank documentation, loan compliance, and grant utilization reporting.
- Strengthen internal control systems and financial processes across departments.

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
- Additional qualification such as LLB / M.Com will be preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in educational institutions, universities, hospitals, trusts, societies, or large organizations will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments within timelines.

Salary ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, and expertise.
