Job Summary

Infedis Infotech is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience to oversee the company's financial operations and ensure statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing accounting, taxation, financial reporting, audits, and providing financial guidance to support business decisions while maintaining accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.

Role & responsibilities

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records. Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.

2. Auditing: Conduct statutory and internal audits. Verify the accuracy and compliance of financial records. 3. Taxation: Prepare and file income tax and GST returns. Advise on tax planning and ensure compliance with tax laws.

4. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Present financial information to management and stakeholders.

Budgeting and Financial Planning: Develop budgets and forecasts. Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company law, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements. Assist during inspections and regulatory audits.

7. Risk Management: Identify financial risks. Recommend internal controls to safeguard company assets. Advisory Services Guide investments, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, and financial strategy.

8. Cost Management: Analyze costs and profitability. Recommend cost-control measures to improve efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Robust knowledge of GST Filling, TDS Filling, Income Tax, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
- Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
