Job Overview:

As a Senior Manager-Audit & Taxation, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial advice to our clients, including tax planning, auditing, and business consultancy. You will be responsible for internal audit, statutory audit, limited review (listed companies), tax advisory analyzing financial data, developing strategies to improve financial performance, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit & Assurance: Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting.

- Management Consultancy: Assist businesses in improving their operational efficiency, implementing financial controls, and developing growth strategies.

- Tax Services: Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax laws, and providing advice on tax-saving strategies.

- Financial Analysis:



Evaluate financial statements and data to help clients make informed business decisions.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

- Training & Mentoring: Provide training to junior staff members and help develop their financial consulting expertise.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant having experience of 4-5 years.

- Proven experience in tax, audit, and management consultancy.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
