NRole Overview

nWe are inviting applications from Qualified Chartered Accountants who are driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a long-term career in accounting, finance, taxation, advisory, compliance, and assurance.

NAs an Associate / Consultant, you'll work closely with senior professionals and partners on diverse, cross-functional assignments, gaining comprehensive exposure across multiple domains.

NKey Responsibilities

nManage the finance function of clients

NUndertake month-end closure activities and MIS reporting

NHandle direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and documentation





NPrepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards

NAssist in statutory audits across sectors

NParticipate in corporate law and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI

NConduct research and analysis on accounting, tax, payroll, and legal matters

NPrepare and review working papers, reports, and deliverables with high accuracy

NContribute to due diligence, valuation, and restructuring projects

NEngage directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution

NManage fund operations

NDesired Candidate Profile

NQualified Chartered Accountant (1-2 years experience)

NStrong conceptual understanding of accounting, finance, taxation & auditing

NExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

NProficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)

NHigh integrity, responsibility, and skilled ethics

NAbility to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

NEagerness to learn, adapt, and grow
