- Monitoring of EV chargers in the field through different analytics and monitoring tools.
- Diagnose issues with field systems and take necessary action to resolve it.
- Ensure necessary support to the customer quality team on reporting field issues.
- Support field technicians for resolving the issues with field systems.
- Verification and approval of maintenance reports submitted by the field team across respective zones.
- Understanding of EV charging system architecture and processes in charging infrastructure operations.
