Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Partner for work allocation, progress tracking, and timely completion of deliverables

- Manage client relationships, ensuring explicit communication, satisfaction, and adherence to agreed timelines

- Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement

- Act as a bridge between the senior team and the Partner to ensure smooth workflow and quality delivery

- Monitor and ensure achievement of targets and Key Result Areas (KRAs) across assigned mandates

ICAI Compliance The selected candidate will be registered as a Paid Assistant with the firm as per ICAI regulations and norms.

Compensation

Salary as per industry standards, with additional performance-based variable incentives.
