WE’RE HIRING | Channel Sales Executive / Manager – IT Hardware

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Position: Channel Sales Executive / Manager

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the distributor, reseller, dealer, and channel partner network.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and system integrators.
- Drive channel sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage pricing, margins, schemes, promotions, and stock movement.
- Coordinate order processing, dispatches, collections, and payment follow-ups.
- Conduct product training and sales enablement sessions for channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and channel performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth business operations.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales / Distributor Sales is mandatory.
- Strong experience in IT Hardware Sales including PCs, Laptops, Desktops, Servers, and Accessories.
- Strong distributor, dealer, reseller,



and channel partner management skills.
- Good understanding of pricing, margins, schemes, and channel sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network with IT hardware distributors, dealers, and resellers will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with OEMs, IT distributors, or system integrators preferred.
