Position Overview

F5 is seeking a highly motivated Channel Marketing Specialist III to drive partner marketing initiatives across strategic channel ecosystems. This role will be responsible for developing and executing impactful channel marketing programs that strengthen partner engagement, accelerate pipeline generation, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market execution within the enterprise technology, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, software, or infrastructure industries.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with regional sales, product marketing, alliances, and channel partners to influence business outcomes across a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Execute channel marketing programs aligned with business objectives, sales priorities, and partner growth strategies.
- Drive demand generation initiatives through distributors, resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, and strategic alliance partners.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, webinars, events, workshops, digital programs, and partner enablement activities.
- Manage marketing development funds (MDF) and co-marketing investments to maximize ROI and pipeline impact.

Partner Engagement & Enablement




- Build strong relationships with channel partners and act as a trusted marketing advisor.
- Develop partner-specific marketing plans and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Support partner onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives to ensure successful adoption of marketing programs.
- Create and manage marketing toolkits, campaign assets, messaging, and promotional content for partners.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, channel account managers, product marketing, field marketing, and regional leadership teams.
- Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and align marketing initiatives to business priorities.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of marketing strategies.

Analytics & Performance Management
- Track program effectiveness through measurable KPIs including pipeline generation, partner engagement, lead conversion, and ROI.
- Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports and executive-level updates on campaign outcomes and channel marketing effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize programs based on performance metrics and partner feedback.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, Alliance Marketing, Field Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Experience working with distributors, VARs, resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, or alliance partners.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology marketing and partner ecosystems.
- Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns and partner-led demand generation programs.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, multinational environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise technology companies.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems and channel business models.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools.
- Experience managing MDF programs and partner marketing budgets.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
