Qualification

- B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Candidates with technical knowledge or sales aptitude will be preferred)

Job Summary The Channel Business Development Officer will be responsible for expanding the company's dealer and distributor network across Kerala while promoting Online UPS solutions. The role involves identifying new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers, generating business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, appoint, and develop recent dealers, distributors, and channel partners across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to increase business growth.
- Promote Online UPS products and solutions to dealers, contractors, consultants, and corporate customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits, lead generation, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and partner meetings.
- Support channel partners with quotations, technical coordination, and order follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.




- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and maintain CRM records.
- Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional activities organized by the company.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Online UPS and power backup solutions.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to travel throughout Kerala.
- Knowledge of the electrical or power backup industry will be an added advantage.
