Are you a passionate Health & Wellness Coach looking to work at the intersection of Healthcare and Artificial Intelligence ?
We're seeking experienced professionals to help evaluate and improve AI-generated health coaching content. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation AI by ensuring health and wellness guidance is accurate, evidence-based, empathetic, and safe.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated health coaching conversations.
- Assess coaching quality, empathy, tone, and personalization.
- Identify inaccurate or misleading health recommendations.
- Apply evidence-based coaching and behavior change principles.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Ensure consistency by following annotation guidelines and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Background in Health & Wellness Coaching, Public Health, Nursing, Behavior Change, or a related field .
- Solid understanding of coaching methodologies and motivational interviewing.
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to review content with attention to detail.
- MacBook preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC/NBHWC) or equivalent certification.
- International Coaching Federation (ICF – PCC/MCC) certification is a plus.
- Experience with conversational AI, chatbot evaluation, or content review is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience coaching 100+ clients using evidence-based health coaching practices.
- Designing personalized wellness plans and monitoring client progress.
- Working with digital health platforms or wearable technology.
- Maintaining accurate, confidential client records.
