About Samya Yoga

Samya Yoga provides personalised online and at-home yoga programmes designed around each client’s health, fitness and lifestyle goals. Our instructors are supported by a professional team that includes certified yoga practitioners, doctors and nutrition specialists.

We are looking for qualified and dependable yoga instructors to conduct personal and small-group yoga sessions at clients’ homes across Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct safe, structured and personalised yoga sessions.
- Travel to assigned client locations within the instructor’s preferred service areas.
- Understand each client’s goals, fitness level and relevant health conditions.
- Prepare suitable session plans and monitor the client’s progress.
- Conduct online yoga sessions when assigned.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and the Samya Yoga coordination team.
- Update attendance, session notes and client progress through the Samya Yoga system.
- Follow agreed schedules and inform the coordination team promptly about any changes.
- Participate in interviews, demonstrations and periodic quality reviews.

Required qualifications
- Recognised yoga instructor certification.
- Strong knowledge of yoga postures, pranayama, meditation and safe teaching practices.
- At least one year of yoga teaching experience is preferred.




- Positive communication skills in English and at least one local language.
- Comfortable travelling to client locations in Bengaluru.
- Smartphone and reliable internet connection for coordination and online sessions.
- Professional, punctual and client-focused approach.

Preferred qualifications Preference will be given to instructors with experience or additional certification in:
- Hatha Yoga
- Prenatal and postnatal yoga
- Therapeutic yoga
- Weight management
- Senior-citizen yoga
- Kids’ yoga
- Meditation and stress management
- Personalised one-to-one sessions

Compensation Compensation will be provided on a per-session basis and will depend on the instructor’s qualifications, experience, specialisation, session type and travel requirements.

Instructors can specify the Bengaluru areas they are available to serve. Assignments will be offered based on client requirements, instructor availability and location compatibility.
