Job Summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and brand strength of the real estate business. The role involves overseeing end-to-end operations including project development, sales & marketing, finance, legal, compliance, construction, and stakeholder management, while aligning business goals with market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

- Define and execute the companys long-term vision, growth strategy, and business roadmap
- Identify new land acquisition, JV, redevelopment, and expansion opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to drive strategic decisions

2. Business Development & Growth

- Lead project planning and portfolio expansion across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
- Build strong relationships with landowners, investors, banks, channel partners, and government bodies
- Drive revenue growth through creative pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies

3. Sales, Marketing & Branding





- Oversee sales and marketing teams to ensure timely inventory liquidation and revenue targets
- Strengthen brand positioning and customer trust across digital, offline, and broker networks
- Ensure superior customer experience from booking to possession

4. Operations & Project Execution

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
- Coordinate with construction, architects, consultants, and vendors
- Monitor project cash flows, timelines, and risk mitigation plans

5. Financial & Commercial Oversight

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, profitability, and cost control
- Oversee funding, debt management, and investor relations
- Ensure strong governance, audits, and financial compliance

6. Legal, Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with RERA, local development authorities, environmental norms, and statutory regulations
- Manage legal risks related to land, approvals, contracts, and disputes
- Implement strong internal controls and corporate governance practices

7. People Leadership

- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team
- Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and customer-centric culture
- Drive succession planning and leadership development
