Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations
- Ensure effective patient flow (registration, consultation, diagnostics, surgery, discharge)
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Drive OPD/IPD conversions and surgical volumes (e.g., cataract, LASIK)
- Build relationships with local doctors, NGOs, corporates, and referral networks
- Plan outreach activities like eye camps and screenings.
- Oversee procurement and stock of lenses, medicines, and consumables
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 - 10 years of experience in hospital/clinic management (preferably ophthalmology).
- Experience in handling operations, team management and business targets.
