Salary: Negotiable, based on experience & interview Dr. Haror’s Wellness is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the operations, team, patient experience and revenue performance of our Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Clinic. We are specifically looking for professionals who have worked in a similar industry, such as:

Dermatology Clinics

Aesthetic Clinics

Skin & Hair Clinics

Hair Transplant Clinics

Cosmetic Clinics

Healthcare Clinics

Premium Beauty & Wellness Centres

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete centre/clinic operations
- Drive sales, revenue and monthly business targets
- Lead and manage counsellors, front desk and support teams
- Monitor leads, consultations, follow-ups and conversions
- Improve sales conversion and patient retention
- Ensure excellent patient/customer experience
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams
- Handle patient escalations and complaints
- Monitor daily centre performance and prepare MIS reports
- Track team productivity and individual performance
- Conduct regular team reviews and motivate employees
- Ensure SOP, discipline, hygiene and service standards
- Support recruitment, training and development of centre staff
- Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue generation

What We Are Looking For

Experience:



4–7 years in a relevant industry The ideal candidate should have:

✔ Strong Clinic/Centre Management experience

✔ Excellent Sales & Revenue Management skills

✔ Proven Team Handling & Leadership ability

✔ Robust Patient/Customer Relationship Management skills

✔ Good Communication, Negotiation & Convincing Skills

✔ Strong understanding of Lead Conversion & Follow-up

✔ Target-oriented and commercially driven approach

✔ Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities

Candidates currently working as Centre Manager, Clinic Manager, Centre Head, Clinic Operations Manager, Aesthetic Clinic Manager, Skin & Hair Clinic Manager, Hair Transplant Centre Manager or Healthcare Centre Manager are encouraged to apply.
