- Drive monthly and annual sales and revenue targets for the clinic.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and consultation to package closure and follow-up.

- Convert leads and consultations into slimming, weight-management, and wellness program sales.

- Monitor daily sales performance, lead conversion, average billing value, and revenue.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead-to-sale conversion and customer retention.

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and front-office team.

- Conduct regular sales reviews and set individual/team targets.

- Follow up on prospective customers and ensure effective lead management.

- Handle high-value customers and support the team in closing difficult sales.

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and repeat business.

- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and revenue projections.

- Coordinate with marketing and clinic teams to maximize lead utilization.

- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.





- Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to improve the clinic's market position.

- Ensure sales processes and company policies are consistently followed.

- Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in a wellness, slimming, aesthetic, beauty, healthcare business will be preferred.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong experience in team handling and sales performance management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Strong customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

- Good analytical and reporting skills.

- Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Skilled appearance and confident interpersonal skills.
