- We are looking for an experienced Center Head Preschool to oversee the overall operations, administration, and academic excellence of the center.

- The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality early childhood education, driving admissions, maintaining parent relationships, and achieving business targets while creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily center operations and ensure smooth functioning

- Manage teachers and support staff performance and training

- Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets

- Maintain strong parent communication and relationship management

- Ensure curriculum implementation and quality standards

- Monitor safety, hygiene, and compliance at the center

- Handle budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense control

- Conduct parent meetings, events, and promotional activities

Skills and Specification

- Education Qualification & Experience





- Graduation + 2-3 years of experience as a Centre Directress/Branch Head OR

- Graduation + 2-3 years of experience in client management OR Graduation + 5 years of Teaching Experience

- Productive enough to understand a child's development and needs.

- Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement.

- Proven ability to take key decisions independently and lead a team.

- Ability to self evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities.

- Should have an influential personality with excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

- Basic Computer Knowledge

- MS Excel , MS Power Point, MS Word, Email Writing, Google Drive, Google Sheets Experience : 3-4 years

- Exp.-Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory as Center Head )
