Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to take ownership of the overall operations and administration of the Apollo Clinic. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional patient experience, effective team management, and achievement of center-level business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nursing, front office, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support teams.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, service quality, and customer experience .
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff to ensure productivity and operational discipline.
- Monitor center performance, revenue, collections, expenses, and key operational metrics.
- Drive initiatives for patient acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and business development .
- Handle patient escalations and ensure effective and timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, SOPs, safety, hygiene, and internal policies.
- Monitor inventory, medical consumables, equipment, and facility requirements.




- Prepare and review MIS reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with doctors, management, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate corrective and improvement measures.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or healthcare organization is mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of clinic/hospital operations and healthcare service delivery .
- Proven experience in managing teams and multiple operational functions.
- Solid leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Result-oriented approach with the ability to manage operational and business targets.
- Candidates with experience as Center Manager, Clinic Manager, Hospital Operations Manager, Unit Head, or equivalent healthcare management roles will be preferred.
