- Role Overview: Runs a specific kitchen station (e.g., saucier, pastry, butchery) and steps up for management tasks in the head chef's absence.
- RESPONCIBLITIES;
- Supervise and coordinate food production and presentation on an assigned station.
- Train, guide, and evaluate junior staff and Commis chefs.
- Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene rules in the workspace.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize kitchen waste
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
