- Support all issues of dealers and PVPL employees of CV and Vespa.
- Co-ordinate with technical team for issue clearance and closure.
- Co-ordinate with dealer and PVPL team for any intermediate discussion w.r.t. issues,
- Co-ordinate with dealer and PVPL team for issue closure. Testing of new enhancements published and communicate to all concern.
- On job training for dealers as well as PVPL team.
- Any other adhoc jobs as per requirement and capability of candidate. Co-ordinate with various vendors for issues/integration with various systems/etc.
- Classroom/Online training to be conducted for dealers as well as PVPL team.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good knowledge of SDLC life cycle.
- Good knowledge of testing applications.
- Excellent knowledge on interpreting the integrations within various applications,
- Valuable written and verbal communication
