- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance equipment

- Perform wiring, cabling, camera mounting, and system setup at customer locations

- Troubleshoot technical issues related to CCTV systems, networking, and recording devices

- Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable security surveillance solutions

- Handle preventive maintenance and service support activities Configure remote viewing, mobile access, and network connectivity for CCTV systems

- Ensure proper testing and commissioning of installed systems

- Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints on time

- Maintain installation reports, service records, and customer documentation





- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth execution of projects and service activitiesEnsure safety standards and quality procedures are followed during installation and service work

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, and networking

- Basic electrical and wiring knowledge

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Field service and customer handling skills
