Position: CBG (Compressed Bio-Gas) Plant Technician

Location: NX One, Techzone 4, Greater Noida West

Maaira Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a forward-thinking company in the renewable energy sector, committed to driving sustainable bio-energy solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CBG Plant Technician to join our team at our Greater Noida West location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the CBG plant, including anaerobic digesters, gas upgrading systems, and compression units.

Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor critical process parameters (pH, temperature, pressure, gas purity, flow rate) to maintain optimal bio-gas yield.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machinery (pumps, compressors, scrubbers).

Feedstock Management: Oversee the intake, sorting, and slurry preparation of organic feedstocks.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to industrial safety standards, local environmental regulations, and company SOPs.

Log Maintenance: Maintain detailed daily operational logs, production data,



and equipment status records.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in CBG/Biogas plants, waste-to-energy facilities, or process/chemical industries.

Technical Expertise

In-depth knowledge of Anaerobic Digestion and Bio-gas Purification/Upgrading processes.

Practical understanding of high-pressure gas compressors and gas scrubbing technology.

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.

Ability to read P&IDs; (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and technical manuals.

Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.

Attributes: Robust problem-solving mindset, safety-first attitude, and effective teamwork skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: Commensurate with experience and based on last CTC (Competitive in the industry).
