We are hiring a Catering Sales Manager to handle sales activities for catering and event services. The role involves developing new business, managing client enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The candidate should have relevant experience in catering, hospitality, banquet sales, or event sales and should be comfortable handling corporate and social event requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact potential clients for catering and event requirements.
- Generate new business through client meetings, networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Handle enquiries from corporate clients, individuals, event planners, and other customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable catering services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
- Develop contacts with companies, event planners, venues, and other relevant partners.




- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, proposals, bookings, and sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding confirmed events and client requirements.
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify potential business opportunities within the assigned market.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in catering sales, hospitality sales, banquet sales, or event sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Good understanding of catering and event requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and clients.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
