About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Manager to manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces and be capable of maintaining accurate, high-quality product catalogs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon.in, Amazon.com, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Etsy, and other marketplaces.

- Create new ASINs, parent-child variations, and optimize existing listings.

- Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and search terms.

- Manage product images, videos, A+ Content, and Brand Store content.

- Perform catalog audits to identify and resolve listing errors, suppressions, and quality issues.

- Handle category approvals, listing reinstatements, and flat file uploads.

- Coordinate with internal teams for product data, creatives, and inventory updates.

- Monitor catalog health and ensure all listings comply with marketplace guidelines.

- Improve listing quality to increase visibility and conversions.

- Maintain accurate product information across all marketplaces.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (mandatory).





- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub or other marketplace portals is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of flat files, bulk uploads, variations, and inventory management.

- Understanding of SEO for product listings and keyword optimization.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency.

- Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Brand Store management.

- Familiarity with marketplace policies and catalog troubleshooting.
