We are looking for a skilled and responsible Casting Artist who can execute premium 3D hand and foot castings and support practical training at Cast & Craft Academy.

Entry‑level role for freshers

Key Responsibilities-

Conduct baby, couple, family, parent, pet and memorial casting sessions.

Handle studio appointments and home-visit casting requirements.

Prepare moulds and execute the complete casting process safely.

Perform demoulding, repairing, sanding, finishing, painting and detailing.

Maintain correct proportions, expressions and positioning during casting.

Ensure every casting meets the company’s quality standards.

Handle materials, tools and equipment responsibly.

Maintain cleanliness, safety and hygiene during casting sessions.





Assist trainers during demonstrations and practical academy sessions.

Record material usage, casting status, recasting requirements and production progress.

Coordinate with the framing and artwork team for final presentation.

We Are Looking For-

Strong interest in casting, sculpture, painting, craft or fine arts.

Excellent hand skills, patience and attention to detail.

Comfortable working with babies, senior citizens, families and pets.

Willingness to travel locally for client home visits.

Ability to follow SOPs and deliver consistent product quality.

Training will be provided to candidates with robust artistic ability.
