We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cashier to join our team. As a cashier, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting with their inquiries, processing orders, and managing payments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and guide them through their orders to ensure satisfaction.
- Cash Handling: Accurately operate the cash register, process payments, provide change, and issue receipts.
- Transaction Management: Process discounts, coupons, and apply promotional offers during the checkout process.
- Order Preparation: Package takeout orders in bags or containers for customers.
- Reservation Management: Book and confirm reservations as required.
- End-of-Day Procedures: Close the register, count cash, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

Qualifications:

- Computer Literacy:



Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems is required for processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Attention to Detail: Quick and accurate with cash handling and calculation, particularly during peak hours.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in customer service or cashier roles (1 year preferred), though we welcome freshers to apply.
