Tasks Your main tasks include, among others:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and key customers across Bengaluru market
- Identify new business opportunities to drive cargo sales and revenue growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets while expanding Swiss WorldCargo's market presence
- Collaborate closely with customer service and operations teams to deliver seamless cargo solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities

Requirements The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

- University degree (Bachelor's) or equivalent qualification




- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in airline cargo sales, General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA), freight forwarding, logistics sales, or business development
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Must posses legal work permit in India
- Business proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in the local language is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
