We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Career Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right technical training programs based on their career goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to explain the value of industry-focused courses such as Cyber Security, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Full Stack Development, Digital Marketing, and other emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.

Understand students' educational background, interests, and career aspirations.

Recommend suitable technical courses based on individual career goals.

Explain course curriculum, certifications, career opportunities, fees, and learning outcomes.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.

Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a smooth enrollment process.

Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, webinars, and educational events.

Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets while maintaining a high level of student satisfaction.

Stay updated on the latest technology trends and job market demands.

Required Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in any discipline

1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, EdTech, or sales.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.

Good interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of technical career paths and IT courses is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
