Career Counsellor

SkillDome Careers is hiring an experienced Student Counsellor / Career Counsellor to support students inidentifying the right career path. The candidate should be confident in speaking with students,understanding their needs, explaining our one-to-one career guidance services, and helping them bookcounselling sessions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for managing student enquiries, understanding students’ career interests,explaining SkillDome’s one-to-one guidance process, answering student and parent queries, following upwith interested students, scheduling counselling sessions, and maintaining proper enquiry records.

Required Skills:

The candidate should have robust communication skills, good counselling ability, active listening skills,follow-up management skills, and the confidence to guide students professionally. The candidate shouldalso be able to explain services clearly, handle student queries politely, and work towards counsellingsession booking targets.
