Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the villa.
- Inspect the property regularly and report any maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other service providers when needed.
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out, if required.
- Ensure the safety and security of the property.
- Take care of the garden and surrounding outdoor areas (if applicable).
- Monitor water, electricity, and other utilities.
- Keep an inventory of household items and report shortages.

*keep the kitchen clean and maintian proper hygiene.

*prepare simple breakfast lunch and dinner for the coustomer and for yourself.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a caretaker, housekeeper, or property manager is preferred.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
- Willing to stay in or work flexible schedule, if required.
- Candidates from Ooty or nearby areas are preferred, but applicants from other locations are also welcome.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
