About the Role:

DevPriya Global is looking for confident, energetic, and goal-oriented Career Advisors to join our growing team.

As a Career Advisor, you will connect with potential clients, understand their career goals, introduce them to our services, build trust, handle questions and objections, and convert qualified prospects into clients.

This is a sales and client-conversion role where communication, confidence, relationship building, follow-up, and closing skills are highly valued.

Freshers are welcome to apply. We provide training and guidance to help you develop professional sales and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and understand their career requirements.
- Pitch DevPriya Global’s career placement and staffing services in a clear and professional manner.
- Build rapport with prospects and create genuine interest in our services.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
- Handle questions, concerns, and objections confidently.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Convert qualified prospects into clients and achieve closure targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and company targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.




- Strong verbal communication and convincing abilities.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and client management.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, Career Counseling, Recruitment, or US Staffing is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Night Shift

Holidays: Indian & US Holidays
