Career Advisor – US Staffing

Location: Ahmedabad

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Career Advisor to support consultants and coordinate with the recruitment and bench sales teams. The candidate will help consultants improve their resumes, prepare for interviews, identify suitable opportunities, and maintain accurate candidate records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide consultants regarding suitable job opportunities and career growth.
- Review and optimize resumes according to US market requirements.
- Coordinate with Bench Sales Recruiters regarding consultant profiles and submissions.
- Assist consultants with interview preparation and provide interview guidance.
- Track interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and candidate status.
- Maintain and update consultant databases and recruitment trackers.




- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and candidates for interview schedules.
- Follow up with consultants regarding availability, interview feedback, and joining status.
- Ensure candidate information and documentation are accurate and updated.
- Provide regular updates to management on consultant activity and progress.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing, Bench Sales, Recruitment, Career Counseling, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of US staffing/recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in the US shift.
