Care Manager: Role and Responsibilities

- Offering lifestyle consultations on a day-to-day basis and bringing in an excellent counseling quality for the users
- Engaging with users in day to day follow ups and being their main point of contact while educating them to improve their health throughout their pregnancy journey




- Write lifestyle guides and home remedies to ensure effective communication with users and providing them the tools to improve their lifestyle
- Can interpret the Antenatal investigation reports including Scan report, Blood work, Genetic screening reports and urine report
- Having basic idea on pregnancy related physiological changes and home remedies
- Lifestyle approach to major pregnancy systemic diseases
- Work with the experience team closely to ensure a seamless journey for the user throughout the duration of their iMumz program
- Bring in creative ideas to improve user experience and engagement mainly with the help of your skill set of Ayurveda

Education And Experience

- BAMS or BAMS+MD
- At least 2+ years of experience

Skills

- Has a friendly and outgoing personality
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is able to work in a fast-paced environment and a hunger to deepen your knowledge in Nutrition
- Prior experience with pregnancy and postpartum
- Knowing Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu and other vernacular languages will be an added bonus

Salary 15,000/- + incentives (during 2 month probation) 25,000/- + incentives (post completion of probation)
