- Estimation of project cost.
- Execution/Implementation schedule.
- Estimation of Funds flow.
- Coordination with consultants and operations team for the preparation of plant layouts.
- Detailed discussions with civil engineer /consultant in the preparation of adequate construction designs, to optimize the project cost.
- Getting the project approved by the Capex committee.
- Organizing for all the preliminary works like bore well, construction power and temporary accommodation for mobilizing the construction workers etc.
- Monitoring the work on a day to day basis wrt the prescribed schedule.
- Studying the drawings,



sorting out the queries/ requirements to the site team in the weekly site meeting and ensuring the continuous workflow.
- Submission of weekly progress report to the Management.
- Technical & Commercial Negotiations, Evaluation & Finalizing the contracts of civil works, PEB, Electricals etc. with stipulated terms & conditions.
- Handling the total Procurement of all the materials, Plant & Machinery.
- Forwarding the invoices to accounts.
- Planning of Payments wrt the funds flow.
- Reconciliation
- Handover of projects to Operations.
